Dance - About Us
Miss Maddy
Miss Maddy has been dancing now for 10 years but started her career as a gymnast. Throughout her career in gymnastics, she was regional champion in 2009 but also found her love for dance along the way. When she was 13, she decided to start her new hobby in dance. Maddy started dancing with 'Pendrill Dance School' and trained in Disco Freestyle. She made it all the way to championship level before she made the decision to take her dancing career seriously.
Miss Maddy's Dancing Career
Miss Maddy then went on to start her training at Colchester Institute for 2 years. She trained different types of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, etc. Maddy then auditioned to many vocational colleges to take her career a step further. Miss Maddy graduated from Bodywork Dance Company where she studied her Level 6 Diploma in Performing Arts Dance. Throughout her time at Bodywork, Maddy played a part in many shows but also danced for Ultra Beat.
Creation Of MDSOS
Miss Maddy created the dance school 2022 and has lots of experience in teaching and creating choreography. At Maddy's Dance School of Suffolk we make sure the classes are fun but also the pupils learning something every time. As a dance school we would like to create many different dance style classes including Acro, Workshops with people in the industry and much more.
